I’m in my late 30s I had been suffering from shin pain since my teens. It would usually flare up when I played football, went jogging or used a treadmill. For years it affected not only my ability to push myself during exercise, but it completely took the enjoyment out of it for me. I had tried visiting a GP back home and a chiropractor here in Malaysia and the pain persisted. I visited Ke Wynn after getting a recommendation from a friend and I was very quickly impressed with his professionalism and efficiency at attempting to pinpoint the root of the problem. Within the first session he narrowed the issue down to my hip flexors and subsequently gave me some pain management moves as well as some strengthening exercises. Amazingly, after only a couple of sessions the shin pain eased dramatically. A session of two later and I was playing football almost completely pain free. It has just been four sessions and I can honestly say that it has changed my life and I have completely regained my enthusiasm for exercise again. My only regret is that I didn’t meet Ke Wynn 15 years ago!

I have been suffering from a lower back pain after a hike since mid of last year. Went to physio for many sessions and changed to acupuncture spine treatment for many months. Both treatments were only a temporary reliever and the pain eventually comes back. I had difficulty getting out from bed every morning and couldn’t do any cardio classes or yoga. I started Ke Wynn’s program early this year and slowly learnt about back strengthening and the use of the trigger point ball. Ke Wynn taught me simple exercises to do at home and the use of the ball for back relief. The pain just disappeared and I no longer have back pain. It was hard to believe that these exercises were so simple yet effective.

 Ke Wynn is helping me correct my posture (uneven shoulders, hunched shoulders) through strengthening exercises to target my weaker muscles – as well as various stretches to prevent sciatica. His deep tissue massage was very good. He found the spots to target, which was of course painful, but gives a huge relief afterwards that lasts for days. And I was very sleepy and relaxed after the massage!
